Alright...

Since DA deleted my previous post of SSB fancomic, I tried to petition against their decision but didn't hear anything back.

Here is a cleaner version that I think will resolve the issue they were having problem with. Story wise, it will be hard to figure out without that part... I guess I could draw that part as well... But I thought it wasn't that funny...

NOW, WITH THAT SAID...

I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT HOW DA IS HANDLING THE MODERATION. ACCORDING TO THEIR RULES (AND TECHNICALLY SPEAKING, ACCORDING TO ANY CORPORATE COPYRIGHT LAWS), THEY SHOULD TAKE DOWN ANY FANART OR COSPLAY IMAGES/PICS.

WHEN THE LAW PERMITS PEOPLE TO USE THE COPYRIGHTED MEDIA FOR SATIRE, PARODY PURPOSE, THEY SHOULD HONOR IT TOO. IF THEIR MODERATOR CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOME PEOPLE JUST RIPPING OTHERS' WORK VS. PARODY WORK, THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED.

DO YOU THINK WHEN ARTISTS FEATURE OTHER ARTISTS' COPY RIGHTED MATERIALS AS CAMEO OR PARODIES, THEY ALWAYS HAVE WRITTEN CONSENT FORM?

I AM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT DA TAKING DOWN SEVERAL POSTS OF MINE. I AM EVEN MORE UNHAPPY THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY ATTEMPT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM ABOUT THEIR DECISION.

THIS SERIES OF EVENT IS MAKING ME SERIOUSLY CONSIDER STOP POSTING ANYTHING HERE.

ALSO, TO THOSE WHO COWARDLY CONTACTED DA WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU ARE REPORTING IS LEGIT OR NOT... HM... I am inclined to say something nasty. But I will refrain myself....

anyways... I just lost my love for DA.

Seriously considering moving now...
