In order to expand to Japan and appeal to Japanese, Fox network decided to make anime version of their popular TV drama "House M.D.".

And here is Dr. House in his anime glory!!!






Of course it's a joke...

Here is a little tribute to one of my favorite TV show. House is like the only TV show I and my wife follow. Okay... I meant we have our friend Tivo it for us and we go through House marathon once in a while. (24 doesn't count because I wait until the DVD comes out and watch whole thing in like... 24hours!).

Hugh Laurie is one o fthe best actors of today's time. Also his character a very compoelling one. And he has that intense look that fits his character. I just had this urge to do a version of his character in anime style.

He was so fun to draw and I moved on to draw other characters. But, it wasn't very successful. Other characters from the show are great too. But, not as charismatic as Dr. House. Also, it's really hard to do an anime version of pretty people. LIke Cameron and Chase... They just end up looking like a generic anime characters...

So, after numerous attempt, I just decided to stick with Dr. House only.

Anyways, I don't know if I've done his character a justice. But, it was a lot of fun working on it.
